If the rules are not good when the machine is turned on, check the paper feeding and the pressure of the paper roller and the pressure roller in time; for thicker paper, the pressure of the paper roller and the brush roller should be heavier. And detect the time of paper unloading and drawing time, as well as the handover time of the side gauge and the swing tooth, and deal with the problem in time until the up and down and left and right rules are accurate and error-free.

When the packaging bag is printed, the rubber will be rubbed slightly if it is not careful; if the ink is too heavy or the solid base is too large, it will easily stick to the rubber or stick to the ink roller. Therefore, the pressure on the cylinder should be reduced before printing, and the lining in the rubber should be reduced. In order to avoid rubber sticking and rubber rolling, it is necessary to add more additives or adhesives to the ink. At the same time, it is optimistic to avoid double sheets, multiple sheets and paper skew, and to ensure uniform pressure without rubber rolling.
